Frylix is a reader-supported website, and we want to be completely straightforward about how that works. This page explains our affiliate relationships honestly and without unnecessary complexity.
Our Participation in the Amazon Associates Program
Frylix is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for content websites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and its affiliated marketplaces.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
What this means in everyday terms is straightforward: when you click on a product link within one of our articles and go on to complete a purchase on Amazon, Frylix may receive a small commission from Amazon. That commission is paid by Amazon and comes at absolutely no cost to you. The price you pay for any product on Amazon is the same whether you arrive through one of our links or navigate there directly on your own. Nothing is added to your total, ever.
Other Affiliate Relationships
From time to time, Frylix may include affiliate links connected to programs or retail platforms beyond Amazon. When this is the case, the same standard applies without exception. A purchase made through one of those links may earn us a small fee from the retailer involved, and it will never change what you pay as a consumer.
How Affiliate Relationships Affect Our Content
They do not shape our editorial decisions, and we want to be unambiguous about that. The products we choose to write about, the assessments we make, and the recommendations we offer are all driven by research, publicly available product data, and a genuine commitment to producing content that is honest and useful. We do not accept payment to write about particular products. We do not craft favorable reviews in exchange for better commission terms. We do not leave out honest observations to protect our earnings.
The affiliate commissions we earn make it financially possible to run Frylix. They pay for hosting, content creation, and the ongoing work of keeping the site maintained and current. We are grateful when readers find our links useful, but we never write with the sole purpose of generating a click.
Where Affiliate Links Appear
Affiliate links may appear throughout Frylix, including within product reviews, buying guides, comparison pieces, recommendation roundups, and educational articles. Rather than labeling every individual link within the text of our content, this disclosure page serves as a clear and permanent site-wide notice that affiliate links exist across our website.
If you have a question about a specific link or would like to know whether a particular article involves an affiliate relationship, you are always welcome to ask us at Contact@frylix.site.
